Managing your Task Checklists

QMS Overview
  • Checklists are sub tasks associated to a Task
  • These checklists can be managed within the Quality Management System and/or within Planner
  • A Checklist is automatically created when a Task is created
  • You can add a Checklist Item by navigating to the Task
  • You can add an item by simply typing your entry to the textbox
  • To save the item, click on the "Green Plus" button
  • You can mark a Checklist Item as complete. This can be done either within the Quality Management System application or within the Planner application
  • You can mark a Checklist Item as complete by checking the checkbox

  • You can delete a Checklist item within the Quality Management System and within Planner
  • You can do this by clicking the red "X" next to the Checklist Item
