Certificates (aka Standards) can be associated to Clauses.
The Quality Management System comes with free ISO Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001. You get these standards during the installation or you can get them from here.
You can also create your own Certificates
Certificates have the following attributes:
Name
Description
You can create a new Certificate by clicking on the "New Certification Checklist" on the header menu
You would be required to specify the following
Title - name of the Certificate
Description - a brief overview of the Certificate
Click on the "Save" button to store the Certificate
You can edit can existing Certificate by navigating to the Certificate and clicking "Edit Certification Checklist"
You can update the metadata accordingly:
Name
Description
Click the "Save" button to save your changes
You can archive an existing Certificate. This will reset all of the associated artefacts such as Clauses, Action Plans and Tasks
Navigate to the Certificate that you would like to archive
From the "Certificate" header menu, select "Archive Certification Checklist"
Click on "Archive" button to continue
We're committed to provide updates to Certificates and Standards throughout the lifetime of the product. You can update an existing Certificate or import a new Certificate
Click on the "Certification" header
Click "Download Checklists"
You will be redirected to the Konsolute website where you can select the Certificate / Standard to select. The automatic provisioning will apply the changes directly to your site where the application has been installed
