Power Apps and Power Automate support
Keep the apps and flows your business processes depend on running.
Power Platform governance
Environments, policies and releases kept under control as adoption grows.
Beyond reactive support
Data pipeline monitoring and specialist escalation
As data volumes grow and AI adoption accelerates, unmonitored pipelines and ungoverned models lead to rising costs, data drift and security risk. Our managed support keeps your data estate reliable and ready for production AI.
Direct senior escalation
Complex incidents go straight to engineers experienced in Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services and analytics, and to Microsoft where required.
Root-cause investigation
We trace failures back to the source system, integration, transformation or platform, so fixes happen in the right place.
Controlled changes
Agreed approval routes, version control and deployment pipelines keep your platform auditable. New builds and re-architecture are scoped separately.
Recurring issues and problem management
We use incident history to find recurring failures and fix the underlying causes, so the same pipelines don't keep breaking.
Switching is simple

Monitor.Govern.Improve.
Managed or co-managed
Data platform support that fits your team
Hand us day-to-day platform operations entirely, or keep your data team in control and use us for monitoring, out-of-hours cover and specialist escalation. Either way, ownership, access and handovers are agreed up front.
Why Konsolute
Microsoft expertise for business-critical data
Your data platform should be supported by people who know Microsoft data services inside out — and who understand what's at stake when you work in a regulated environment.
Microsoft to the core
Founded in 2016 by former Microsoft employees. Microsoft technology is all we do, and we know it inside out.
Security first
Zero Trust principles built into how we support, administer and change your data platform.
Trusted in regulated sectors
SC and DV-cleared engineers, experienced in government, nuclear and regulated environments where controlled access matters.
Your whole Microsoft estate
Data platforms rely on Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365. We support them all, so cross-service issues don't bounce between suppliers.
Case study
Nuclear Waste Services: a governed Azure data platform
Konsolute designed and built a governed Azure data platform for Nuclear Waste Services. Data from key business systems is refined through bronze, silver and gold layers, with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps giving repeatable pipelines and controlled releases.
Service boundaries
Clear service coverage, security and responsibilities
Before onboarding, we agree what is supported, who can authorise changes and how incidents are handled — so there are no grey areas when something breaks.
Support hours, priorities and escalation
Contact channels, supported hours, incident priorities and response targets are agreed up front, with business-critical pipelines and reports identified during onboarding. Resolution can depend on source systems, Microsoft or other providers. Need round-the-clock cover? 24/7 monitoring and support are available for agreed critical workloads.
Administrative access and security incidents
We agree the permissions needed for delivery, using least privilege, and remove access when responsibilities change. A dedicated SOC, managed detection and response or forensic investigation are scoped separately.
Data ownership and quality
Your organisation owns its data and decides what good quality looks like. We monitor processing, flag failures and investigate whether the cause sits in the source, integration or platform. Correcting data inside third-party source systems stays with those system owners.
Licences, development and connected systems
Microsoft Fabric capacity, Azure consumption and Power BI licences are separate from the support service. New pipelines, reports, data models and AI solutions are scoped as separate projects, then handed into managed support.
